I love doing custom and personalized orders! However, if I cannot obtain the information needed to create your order within 48 hours, your order will be canceled and you will need to reorder. This includes color choices, monogram initials, etc. Please include this information in the order notes during checkout. I will notify you via an Etsy Conversation if any information is missing.

Size charts are available in the listing photos. All our shirts are unisex adult or child shirts from the brand Port & Company. If you are interested in a long sleeve, v-neck, fitted tee, or tank top, please message me for custom order.

All of the legging designs are available in sizes 2T to 20 for children, XS-6X for women, and XS-3X for men. If one of those sizes is not available on a listing you are interested in, please message me so I can update it.

Etsy stores your address information in your account, so it's easy to forget to update it after a move or life change.

If your order has not shipped yet, send me a message through my shop and I can update it on my side.

If your order has already shipped, please contact the United States Post Office with your tracking number. You may also want to reach out to the residents at the shipment address.

If your order has been delivered to the wrong address, your order will not be refunded or replaced.

All our packages ship with tracking numbers. If your tracking information hasn't updated in a couple of days, your package may still be on it's way, but you may want to begin the Claim Filing process with the USPS. Once we deliver packages to the post office, we are no longer responsible for their delivery. Any mail considered lost by the post office will not be refunded or replaced by Huckleberry Road.

We'll do our best to make sure it ships in time, but please let us know when you place your order if you need it by a specific date. We will message you if you'll need to upgrade your shipping. Most of our shirts and bags ship within 1-2 business days, but we are human and sometimes we fall a little behind. If we know you need your item for a specific date, we will do everything we can to get it to you on time.
